Mellow Monday Morning Movement

8 to 9 AM PST

This yoga class is super slow and juicy. It’s as simple as it sounds-mellow movement. No abs, No vinyasa, just mindful stretching and breathing to get the week started. This practice is all about supporting and nourishing your body with gentle, sweet movement.

Tuesday + Thursday Slow Vinyasa Flow

9 to 10 AM PST

This is morning vinyasa flow for all levels. It's yoga to energize and ground you. Build strength physically mentally and emotionally. Honor your body, tap into the present moment and feel empowered and supported throughout your day.

Note. Yoga Props are ideal and highly encouraged for all classes. Investing in props will help support your yoga practice.

Recommendation: 2 blocks, 1 yoga strap, 1 yoga blanket, bolster(not required but oh-so-lovely).

Jump online about 10 minutes early and join in from anywhere.


Refund Policy

Because Whispering Heart Yoga is currently a single-person operation, there is a non-refundable policy. If you feel a refund is of serious need, I would be willing to make that happen in exchange for the reason behind the much-needed refund to learn and grow from the shared information.
